Side effects are usually minimal, however you may experience slight bruising, itching, or redness at the IV insertion site. This could last a few minutes to several days but will subside on its own. A true allergic reaction is extremely rare.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All bookings are subject to a $25 non-refundable booking fee.
If during the Booking Service process, you misrepresent yourself in any manner, including but not limited to, misrepresentation of your age or medical history, Luxe IV Hydration reserves the right to cancel your booked service without notice and charge you the full amount. If at the time of your booked service, you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, Luxe IV Hydration will not perform the service and you will be charged the full amount.
All aforementioned cancellation fees will apply to the credit card provided on file for bookings made for others.
CANCELLATION POLICY – BOOKING FOR MOBILE IV CLINIC
Once booked, we will match a nurse or nurse practitioner (NP) to your appointment to the requested time. You will always receive a call or text to confirm the appointment time.
We understand that there are times where emergencies or obligations for family or work may arise. However, failing to call and reschedule or cancel your appointment denies other clients the ability to book their own appointment, due to a seemingly reserved position.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours are fully refunded less the $25 booking fee, appointments canceled within 12 hours incur a non-refundable $150 fee, and appointments canceled within 8 hours are 100% non-refundable. If a nurse has already been dispatched to the client’s location, or if you are not present at the given address at the time of the nurse’s arrival this will be considered a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the non-refundable fee. It is highly recommended that you speak with your doctor before making an appointment.
In the event that an infusion is aborted, this will be considered a cancellation and you will be charged in full to the held card on file. This fee applies in the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
Price is subject to change based on patients or providers recommendation and on any add-ons. Appointments after 8:00 PM will incur a late-night fee for our concierge service. If outside of 19701 zip code you may incur a travel charge. Due to the high volume of appointments, we cannot guarantee an exact time, but will try our best to accommodate the time you have selected. If the appointment runs over time, there may be an additional charge.
We will continue to pre-screen for COVID-19 and we ask that if you are exhibiting symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 to complete the form honestly in order to ensure the safety of the nurse or nurse practitioner. If you are COVID-19 positive or awaiting COVID-19 results, you must notify Luxe IV Hydration as soon as your results are back. You must also provide the positive or negative COVID-19 result to prevent enforcement of the cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY – GROUP BOOKINGS
Group cancellations with less than a 12-hour notice will be charged 50% of the cost for all reserved appointments to the credit card(s) on file. Group cancellations with less than a 8-hour notice will be charged 100% of the cost for all reserved appointments to the credit card(s) on file.
Groups not present at the given address at the time of the nurse or nurse practitioners’ arrival will be charged full price for all reserved appointments to the credit card(s) on file.
